For this eleven story condo building, which was damaged by water intrusion, we removed and replaced the existing stucco and sheathing. Throughout the project, we worked over a public access area — enabling tenants to pass-by underneath, safely and easily, on their way to and from the beach.

 

Thanks to good planning, we finished this project a month ahead of schedule.
