Simpson Plastering completed the stucco work for LIV Parkside — a 228 unit Class A, multifamily development in the Parkside District of downtown Birmingham.

 

For this project our team was asked to install a quick-production stucco system using a pump. We mobilized a team of 20 plasterers to assist the GC in finishing the exterior of the building within two weeks.
