Simpson Plastering was proud to be part of the Shoppes at Legacy Park construction project in 2015. Our crews installed traditional Three Coat stucco. With a roller-applied weather barrier over the substrate and decorative EPS shapes. Each building had a range of finish colors to complete each building’s “costume” look.

 

Given the unusual weather conditions in Alabama in early 2015, the project began falling behind. When the General Contractor asked Simpson to help the construction team get the project back on schedule, we mobilized our team in less than 48 hours — then maintained a double-digit crew onsite for the duration of the project. Just one example of how Simpson uses the foresight, teamwork, determination and expertise needed to insure that projects are completed on schedule.
