In the early 2000s, Simpson was hired to install a stucco exterior for both Majestic towers — including all exterior soffits.

 

In 2020, our team returned to these beach front condominium buildings to perform four weeks of stucco maintenance.

 

No matter what finish you use in construction, all buildings need to be maintained periodically. Whether or not Simpson performed the initial stucco installation, we welcome the opportunity to serve your exterior maintenance needs.
