Simpson was honored to work on the renovation and reconstruction of the Charleston Gaillard Center — a world-class performing arts venue. We were brought on to redo all of the exterior Thermocromex Stucco (a high end specialty material), and finish the rest of the exterior portion of the building.

 

Our team also worked throughout the interior of the center, installing decorative plaster in the theater, grand entry hall, and ornate hallways and public areas. We successfully met all schedules given, and completed our work in 11 months.

The beautifully-restored building has served to enrich the entire Charleston community, and we are proud to have played a part in its reconstruction.
