This all-stucco hotel, opened in August 2015, used traditional, natural stucco finishes to create a unique Old World look. The 259 room-and-suite hotel has a huge footprint that includes convention space.

 

The interior of the spa was finished in a similar manner, using natural finishes to create the high-end finish guests expect in a fine hotel. The system is 7/8” on galvanized metal lath, with galvanized metal trim. Simpson employed a 40-man crew, and completed the project on schedule.
